Rocque’s Plan of the Cities of London and Westminster and the Borough of Southwark was published in 1747 on 24 sheets by the Society between 1913-1919.  The text of the Index and the key map have been reproduced from copies at the Guildhall Library – the text is full size and the key map is at half the original size.
