Privacy policy

Any personal information supplied to the Society, except if it is already in the public domain, will be kept confidential and will not be passed to any third party without express permission, unless required by Law, or a court order, or a binding request from a regulatory (or other analogous) authority.

It is not in the power of the London Topographical Society to grant permission to reproduce images from its publications. The London Topographical Society seeks permission to reproduce the artefacts featured in its publications, and it does not have the authority to grant permission to reproduce to third parties.

The Society, however, owns the copyright in its facsimile versions of original artefacts, and will be happy to grant permission to use these facsimiles once permission has been obtained from the original copyright holders. Please contact the Hon. Treasurer Roger Cline for enquiries of this nature.

For the copyright of images used on this site, see ‘Site Images’ under ‘Site Map’.
